Terms of Service

These terms form the agreement between you and FastFlirtingCam whenever you use fastflirtingcam.com. They are written to be read rather than skimmed, because they describe what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Questions go to [email protected].

01 Accepting these terms

By opening a match, sending a message, watching a stream, joining a club or buying coins, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the site. We may update the terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use after an update counts as acceptance.

02 Who may use FastFlirtingCam

You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for services like this one, and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must not use the site if we have previously closed an account of yours, or if local law prohibits it. By using the site you confirm that these conditions are met.

03 Your account

A guest account is created automatically when you first visit. You are responsible for what happens under it, so keep your device secure and do not share access. Display names must not impersonate another person, include contact details or contain anything offensive. We may change or remove names and photos that break these rules.

04 How to behave

FastFlirtingCam is for friendly, flirty conversation between people who both want to be there. In calls, messages, streams and clubs you agree not to:

Harass, threaten, insult or intimidate anyone, or keep contacting someone who has blocked or ignored you.
Show or share sexual, violent or hateful material, or anything involving a minor.
Capture, save or share other members’ video, photos or messages without their permission, including screenshots taken inside clubs.
Ask for or offer money, gift cards, cryptocurrency or payment details, or promote other services or sites.
Post phone numbers, social handles or other outside contact details in clubs or streams.
Use bots, scripts or multiple accounts, or interfere with the site’s operation or security.
Pretend to be someone else, or give false information to deceive another member.

05 Clubs

Clubs are group chats created and managed by members. Club owners may set additional house rules and decide who joins, whether directly, on request or by invitation. New clubs are reviewed before they appear in the club hall, and we may remove a club or its content if it breaks these terms. Owners are responsible for keeping their club within the rules.

06 Live streams

Streams on FastFlirtingCam are broadcast by the girls in the Live tab. Members may watch, comment, send gifts and ask for a one to one call, but cannot start a stream of their own. Comments follow the same conduct rules as every other part of the site.

07 Matches, coin packs and gifts

New guests receive free matches, and further free matches can be collected from the Reward Centre on the match screen, as described there. The number and timing of free matches may change. Once the free ones are gone, each further match is paid for in coins.

Coins are a licence to use features on FastFlirtingCam; they have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money and cannot be used anywhere else. Gifts sent with coins are final once delivered. You see the price of a coin pack before you confirm any payment. Where consumer law gives you rights that cannot be excluded, nothing in these terms limits them; for problems with a purchase, contact support.

08 Your content

Anything you post remains yours. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, translate and transmit it as needed to run the service, for as long as it remains on the site. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it follows these terms.

09 Reports, suspensions and closing accounts

Anyone can report an account from a chat or a profile. We review reports and may warn, restrict, suspend or close accounts that break these terms, sometimes without notice where safety is at stake. You can stop using the site at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by emailing support. If you think a decision about your account was a mistake, reply to the message you received or write to support with your display name, and we will look at it again.

10 Disclaimers and liability

We work hard to keep FastFlirtingCam running smoothly, but we provide it as it is and as available, and we cannot guarantee that every match will be enjoyable, that the site will always be online or that every member will behave well. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of other members. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
