FastFlirtingCam Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Running a site where strangers meet on camera means handling a certain amount of personal data. This policy explains, in ordinary language, which data that is, why we need it, who helps us process it, how long it is kept and what you can ask us to do. If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected] and we will explain.

01 Who this policy covers

It applies to everyone who uses fastflirtingcam.com, whether in a browser tab or through the shortcut on a phone’s home screen, and whether they stay for one match or come back every evening. A guest session is created as soon as the site loads, so the policy applies from that first moment rather than from the first tap on Start.

“FastFlirtingCam”, “we”, “our” and “us” mean the operators of fastflirtingcam.com. “You” means the person using the site on a given device. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service, which set out the rules of use.

02 Data you choose to provide

A guest profile is generated for you automatically. Anything added to it afterwards is your choice, and so is most of what follows.

  • Profile content: a display name, a profile photo and any short details you decide to add.
  • Written content: messages typed in text mode, messages sent from profiles, comments posted in live streams and club chats, and the automatic translations made of typed messages.
  • Club content: photos and short videos you share inside a club, plus the clubs you create, join or ask to join.
  • Support and reports: what you write to us, and any report you file about another account, including attachments.
  • Purchases: the coin packs you buy and the gifts you send with them.

03 Data generated as you use the site

Some data exists simply because the service is working. When a match begins we log that it happened, the mode it used and when it ended. Your follows, blocks and conversation list are stored so they are still there next time. Live video and audio pass between you and the other person so the call can happen at all; your camera and microphone switch on only after your browser asks and you agree.

We also process technical details: browser and operating system, language setting, a rough region inferred from your IP address, and error logs. These keep the site stable, show it in the right language and help us spot abuse such as mass account creation.

04 Why we process it

Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in running a safe and working service, compliance with legal obligations and, where needed, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

  • To match people, keep each call connected and end it when either side taps Next.
  • To show your profile to the people you talk to and keep your follows and messages in place.
  • To translate typed messages when two people write in different languages.
  • To handle coin purchases, deliver gifts and award free matches, including those from the Reward Centre.
  • To review reports, enforce the Terms of Service and protect members from fraud and harassment.
  • To fix faults, measure performance and decide what to improve.

05 Who else is involved

Personal data is never sold to anyone. Some trusted providers process it on our behalf: hosting and content delivery companies, payment processors who handle card details directly so we never see the full number, translation services for typed messages, and analytics and error-reporting tools. Each is bound to use the data only for the service it provides to us.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to answer a valid request from the authorities, or to protect someone from serious harm.

06 Retention: when old data is cleared

We keep data for as long as it serves the purposes above. Account information stays while the account exists. Records of coin purchases stay for whatever period accounting and tax law demands. Reports and the information attached to them may be kept longer where we need them to prevent a banned account from returning. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

07 Your choices and rights

  • Change your display name or photo, or remove optional details, from your profile at any time.
  • Turn camera or microphone access off in your browser settings; voice and text modes still work without the camera.
  • Block any account so it can no longer contact you.
  • Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion of your account, or a restriction of certain processing, by writing to the support address above.
  • If you are in the UK, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office; elsewhere, to your local data protection authority.

08 Age, security and changes

FastFlirtingCam is not intended for anyone below the minimum age set in our Terms of Service, and we close accounts we learn belong to someone younger. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, though no online service can promise perfect security, so please keep your device and browser up to date.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page, and for significant changes we will make it clear on the site. If you keep using FastFlirtingCam once a change is published, the revised version is the one that governs your use.
